Welcome to CedarLuma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

CedarLuma is the brand under which this online store operates. Information about our business operator and customer support contacts is available through our Contact Us page.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website to browse products, compare sauna models, access product information, and make purchases for lawful purposes.

You agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, introduce harmful software, interfere with website operations, or collect website information through unlawful or unauthorized means.

We reserve the right to take reasonable action against website misuse, subject to applicable law.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

CedarLuma strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, and other relevant information.

Because some of our saunas are manufactured using natural wood, reasonable variations in wood grain, texture, and color may occur. Such natural variations do not, by themselves, constitute product defects.

Product dimensions and applicable measurement tolerances are as specified on the relevant product page, where provided.

If a material change to a product's key specifications becomes necessary after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and request approval before proceeding.

If the customer does not accept the proposed change, they may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Nothing in this section limits customers' rights regarding defective, misrepresented, or nonconforming products under applicable law.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required for all orders before shipment.

For products shipped from our U.S. warehouses, payment is collected during checkout.

For internationally shipped products, customers must first request and approve a personalized shipping quote. Full payment, including the agreed shipping charges, will only be requested after the quote has been confirmed.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

We will not impose additional charges or change an agreed order total without the customer's prior consent.

4. Order Review & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, inventory availability, and product information.

If we discover an inventory shortage, significant pricing error, incorrect delivery terms, or another issue affecting an order, we will contact the customer to explain the situation.

Customers may accept the revised order terms or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Any adjustment involving additional charges requires express customer approval.

We will not substitute materially different products without customer consent.

5. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order at no additional charge before the products have been shipped.

An order is considered shipped when the merchandise has been physically handed over to the shipping carrier.

If cancellation is requested before shipment, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method, including any shipping charges and applicable taxes paid.

Once an order has shipped, return and refund requests will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

CedarLuma currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States.

U.S. Warehouse Orders

Eligible products shipped from our U.S. warehouses qualify for free shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5–15 business days.

Internationally Shipped Orders

Certain sauna models are shipped internationally and require personalized shipping quotes.

Before payment, CedarLuma will provide the estimated shipment date and applicable shipping charges.

International delivery typically takes 45–60 calendar days after shipment.

CedarLuma covers applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with these shipments. These expenses are included in the agreed quote.

Delivery Arrangements

Delivery methods vary depending on the product and shipping carrier.

Larger saunas may require freight transportation and curbside delivery.

In-home placement, unpacking, and assembly services are not included unless explicitly confirmed by CedarLuma.

7. Shipping Delays & Lost Shipments

Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, including consenting to a revised shipment date or canceling for a prompt refund.

For shipments delayed in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide appropriate assistance.

We do not provide automatic fixed-amount compensation for shipping delays.

If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, customers may choose between a free replacement shipment and a full refund.

CedarLuma will cover the associated replacement shipping costs.

8. Returns & Refunds

CedarLuma offers a 30-day return request period for eligible purchases, beginning on the date of delivery.

For approved returns involving product defects, shipping damage, incorrect products, or size and fit concerns, CedarLuma covers return shipping costs.

Size-related returns are accepted within the applicable return period even if the sauna has already been assembled or used.

For change-of-mind returns and other non-quality-related returns unrelated to size or fit, products must remain unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.

CedarLuma does not charge restocking fees.

Approved refunds include the refundable purchase price, original shipping charges paid to CedarLuma, and applicable taxes associated with the refunded charges.

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, approved return refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.

9. Product Safety & Warranty

Customers should carefully review and follow all installation, operating, maintenance, electrical, and safety instructions supplied with their sauna.

If you discover a damaged electrical component or another potentially unsafe condition, stop using the affected equipment and contact CedarLuma Customer Support.

Where a sauna includes a red light panel and protective eyewear, follow the product's specific eye protection instructions.

Warranty coverage, duration, and available remedies depend on the specific product and applicable warranty terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any applicable product warranty, legal remedy, or mandatory consumer protection.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the CedarLuma website, including brand names, logos, product images, videos, text, graphics, and website designs, is owned by or legally licensed to CedarLuma unless otherwise stated.

Visitors may browse our website for personal, non-commercial purposes and share publicly available product links.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, distribution, modification, sale, or use of our content is prohibited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services & External Links

Our website may use third-party services, including ecommerce technology providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers.

CedarLuma does not control or guarantee the content or availability of independent third-party websites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for defective products, personal injury, fraud, applicable product warranties, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
